Since this was our second stay, it remains unsaid that we love this place. While we are in our 70’s and not much interested Disney and such, the location for us is ideal. You are 1-1/2 to 2 hours from the water, either the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. My wife’s brother and his wife were with us most of the time. They are from Winnipeg, Manitoba (referred to as Winterpeg). We wanted to get a break from winter in Pennsylvania (which this year has not been much) and it was a welcome break. We have quite a few friends who live or winter in Florida, the central location of the house makes it ideal. Any problems we experienced were handled quickly. If we travel to Florida again in the future and this house is available we will definitely stay here again.
